Naturally fed beef sold by individual cuts; steaks, roasts, extra lean ground, potatoes, stew, soup bones, liver, ribs, pet food and dog bones. Euro-style, all beef nitrate free, summer suasage, pepperettes, pepperoni & hot dogs, 33 lb.mini sides and whole sides. 
Grow their own feed and do not use artificial hormones or antibiotics. All cattle raised on the farm.

Grown at a neighbouring farm but available to purchase:
Locally raised and naturally fed chicken and turkey; lamb, nitrate free pork bacon, chops, ham, spareribs, sausage, free run eggs, honey, jams, organic flour, granola, and apple cider.
